1. About Our Service

MyNeuroAge ("the Service") is a cognitive wellness awareness platform operated by KM TECH LABS (Org.nr. 934 044 029), Kristiansand, Norway ("we," "us," or "the Company").

The Service connects to your wearable devices and health apps to provide insights about sleep, stress, recovery, and cognitive wellness patterns.

2. Eligibility

To use MyNeuroAge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features available depend on your plan. Current pricing and features are displayed on our website.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or during our 14-day money-back guarantee period for first-time subscribers.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to provide medical advice or diagnoses to others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by KM TECH LABS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

MyNeuroAge integrates with third-party devices and services (Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, etc.). These integrations are subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may change.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Insights or information will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KM TECH LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KM TECH LABS from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to changes, you should stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kristiansand, Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these terms. We may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
