How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your 30-day guarantee period:

Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to MyNeuroAge Premium
  • Both monthly and annual subscription plans
  • Requests made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Previous subscribers who have already used the 30-day guarantee
  • Requests made after the 30-day period

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period (except during the 30-day guarantee)

Annual Subscription Pro-Rata Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds. We recommend starting with a monthly subscription if you're unsure about committing to an annual plan.

European Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under consumer protection laws. These include the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.

By beginning to use the service immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance and that, after the service has been fully performed, you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
